AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of an easement in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate such portion of easement, and the District
has no use or need for such easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
That portion of easement ten (10) feet wide granted by
Don A. Goeke and Mary L. Goeke, his wife, to this District on
October 19, 1961, and recorded in Book 4688, page 316 of the St.
Louis County Records, excepting therefrom those areas of easement
coincident with those easements granted by the Record Plat of
Buckley Meadows No. 4 - 2nd Addition Subdivision.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 28, 1962.
