AN ORDINANCE make appropriations for current expenses of
the Coldwater Creek Trunk Subdistrict for the fiscal year
beginning July 1, 1962 and ending June 30, 1963 amounting in the
aggregate to Nine Hundred Eighty three Thousand Dollars and no
cents ($983,000.00) which sum is hereby appropriated from the
revenue of the Coldwater Creek Trunk Subdistrict sewer service
charges to the accounts hereinafter set forth.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. There is hereby appropriated and set apart
out of the Sewer Revenue Fund to the Sewer Operation and
Maintenance Account of the Coldwater Creek Trunk Subdistrict the
sum total of Eighty Six Thousand Dollars and no cents ($86,000.00)
as hereinafter detailed: Personal Services $ 39,642.00 Other Operating Expense 45,163.00 Capital Outlay 1,195.00 Total $ 86,000.00
Section Two. There is hereby further appropriated and
set apart out of the Sewer Revenue Fund as provided in Ordinance
No. 764 of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District:
To the Sewer Revenue Bond Account: Interest due December 1, 1962 $83,375.00 Interest due June 1, 1963 83,375.00 $166,750.00 To the Sewer Depreciation Account: 12,000.00 To the Sewer Revenue Bond Reserve Account: 48,000.00 To the Sewer Contingent Account: 12,000.00 To the Construction Account Coldwater Creek: 658,250.00
Total $983,000.00
Section Three. This being an appropriation ordinance,
it shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 11, 1962.
