AN ORDINANCE vacating an easement in the City of St.
Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate such easement, and the District has no
need therefor,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement for sewer purposes as authorized to be
acquired by Ordinance No. 40098 of the City of St. Louis, approved
June 12, 1933 and lying in Outlot 1 of said City, being more
particularly described as being a strip or parcel of land having a
perpendicular width of 60 feet, and extending between the
prolongations northeastwardly of the southeast and northwest lines
of Tennessee Avenue as heretofore laid out southwardly from Tesson
Street, northeastwardly to Primm Street (40 feet wide).
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 11, 1962.
