AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 201 (Avenue "H" &
Birchwood) of The Metropolitan St Louis Sewer District
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No 201 (Avenue "H" & Birchwood).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 201
(Avenue "H" & Birchwood) shall be as follows:

AVENUE "H" & BIRCHWOOD
Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the
centerline of Avenue "H" (60' wide) with the centerline of Paule
Avenue (60' wide); thence northeastwardly along the centerline of
said Avenue "H" to its intersection with the southeastern
prolongation of a line parallel with and 100 feet southwest of the
southwest line of Block A of Nol Heights Subdivision as recorded
in Plat Book 31 on Page 73 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
northwestwardly along said prolongation and along said parallel
line to its intersection with a line parallel with and 125 feet
northwest of the northwest line of said Avenue "H"; thence
northeastwardly along the last mentioned parallel line to the
southwest line of Block 1 of said Nol Heights Subdivision; thence
northwestwardly along said southwest line of Block 1 to the
southernmost corner of Lot 11 in said Block 1; thence northwardly
along a straight line to a point on the southwest line of
Birchwood Avenue (35' wide, formerly Tillie Avenue), said point
being 110 feet northwest of the easternmost corner of said Lot 11
as measured along the southwest line of Birchwood Avenue; thence
eastwardly in a straight line across said Birchwood Avenue and Lot
11 in Block 2 of said Nol Heights Subdivision to a point on the
northeast line of last mentioned Lot 11, said point being 110 feet
northwest of the easternmost corner of said Lot 11 as measured
along the northeast line of said Lot 11; thence southeastwardly

along said northeast line of Lot 11 to its intersection with a
line parallel with and 100 feet northwest of the northwest line of
Lot 10 in the Resubdivision of Block 3 of NoI Heights Subdivision
as recorded in Plat Book 35 on Page 25 of the St. Louis County
Records; thence northeastwardly along said parallel line and
continuing along the northeastern prolongation of said parallel
line to the centerline of Orient Avenue (20' wide, formerly
Dorothy Avenue); thence southeastwardly along the centerline of
said Orient Avenue to the centerline of Avenue "H"; thence
northeastwardly along the centerline of said Avenue "H" to its
intersection with a line parallel with and 130 feet southwest of
the southwest line of Hoffmeister Avenue (60 feet wide); thence
southeastwardly along said parallel line to its intersection with
a line parallel with and 125 feet southeast of the southeast line
of said Avenue "H"; thence southwestwardly along the last
mentioned parallel line to the centerline of Paule Avenue; thence
northwestwardly along the centerline of Paule Avenue to the point
of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 25, 1962.
