HomeMy Public PortalAbout00774 O R D I N A N C E NO. 774 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 203 (Homestead Acres) of the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at th expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 203 (Homestead Acres). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 203 (Homestead Acres) shall be as follows: (SEE NEXT PAGE) 2 HOMESTEAD ACRES Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the centerline of Old Bonhomme Road with the centerline of Homestead Drive; thence northwestwardly along the centerline of Old Bonhomme to its intersection with the southern prolongation of the west line of Lot 1 of Homestead Acres Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 47, Page 35 of the St Louis County Records; thence northwardly along said prolongation and along the west line of said Lot 1 to the northwest corner of property, now or formerly owned by Gregory Glenn and Mary Kate McKee as recorded in Deed Book 3736 on Page 598 of the St Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along the north line of said McKee property and along the eastern prolongation of said north line to the centerline of Homestead Drive (30 feet wide); thence northcastwardly and eastwardly along the centerline of said Homestead Drive to the southwest corner of Lot 7 of said Homestead Acres Subdivision; thence eastwardly along the south line of said Lot 7 to the southeast corner thereof; thence northwardly along the east line of said Lot 7 to the northeast corner thereof; thence westwardly along the north line of Lots 7, 5 and 3 in said Homestead Acres Subdivision to the northwest corner of said Lot 3; thence southwardly along the west line of said Lot 3 a distance of 224.65 feet to a point, said point being 50 feet north of the southernmost corner of said Lot 3; thence eastwardly along a 3 straight line to a point on the southeast line of said Lot 3 also the northwest line of Homestead Drive, said point being 50 feet northeast of the southernmost corner of sad Lot 3; thence eastwardly along the eastern prolongation of last described straight line to the centerline of said Homestead Drive; thence southwardly along the centerline of Homestead Drive to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 25, 1962.
