AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Fruin-Colnon
Contracting Company, for the construction of Coldwater Creek
Sanitary Interceptor Sewer (Section A) with an emergency clause.
BE IT ORDAINED BY BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEAR DISTRICT.
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Fruin-Colnon Contracting Company, as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of Coldwater Creek
Sanitary Interceptor Sewer (Section A) of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the
12th day of June, 1962, and formally executed on the 21st day of
June, 1962 by said contractor and by the Executive Director and
the Acting Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District in the
following form:
is hereby confirmed.
Section Two. This Ordinance being for the confirmation
of a contract for sewer construction and the sewers to be
constructed 'being necessary for the protection of the public
health, constitutes an emergency within the meaning of the Plan,
and this Ordinance shall be and become sf~c1v~ Immediately upon
its adoption.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 25, 1962.
