AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 202 (Lake
Sherwood Subtrunk) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the
District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 202 (Lake Sherwood Subtrunk).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 202
(Lake Sherwood Subtrunk) shall be as follows:

LAKE SHERWOOD SUBTRUNK
Beginning at a point, said point being the southeast
corner of Lot 94 of Lake View Hills Subdivision, as recorded in
Plat Book 77 on Page 88 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
southwardly along the southern prolongation of the east line of
said Lake View Hills Subdivision 410.0 feet to a point; thence N
82o 20' W, 250 feet to a point; thence S 13o 40' W, 790.0 feet to
a point; thence S 57o 59' E, 525.0 feet to a point; thence S 29o
14' E, 335.4 feet to a point; thence S 41o 11' E, 200 feet to a
point; thence northeastwardly along a straight line to the
southeast corner of the property now or formerly owned by Norman
R. Schuermann as recorded in Deed Book 2438 on Page 365 of the St.
Louis County Records; thence northeastwardly along a straight line
to a point said point being the intersection of the west line of
Walton Road, 30 feet wide, with the north line of a strip of land
now or formerly owned by the St. Louis Public Service Company,
said north line being 267 feet more or less south of the
intersection of the west line of Walton Road, 30 feet wide, with
the southeast line of Lackland Road, 60 feet wide; thence
westwardly along said north line and its western prolongation to
the centerline of Lackland Road; thence westwardly along the
centerline of Lackland Road to the centerline of Brown Road, 60
feet wide; thence southwestwardly along the centerline of Brown
Road to its intersection with the western prolongation of the
north line of Lot 116 of aforesaid Lake View Hills Subdivision;
thence eastwardly along said prolongation and the north line of
said Lot 1165 to the northeast corner therof; thence eastwardly
along the north line of Lots 115, 114 & 113 of said Lake View
Hills Subdivision to the northeast corner of said Lot 113; thence
southwardly along the east line of said Lake View Hills
Subdivision to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 20, 1962.
