HomeMy Public PortalAbout00787 O R D I N A N C E NO. 787 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 205 (Count and Princess) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 205 (Count and Princess). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 205 (Count and Princess) shall be as follows: (SEE NEXT PAGE) 2 Ord. No. 787 COUNT & PRINCESS Beginning at a point, said point being the southeast corner of Lot 17 in Block 46 of Castle Point Unit No. 2 as recorded in Plat Book 28, Page 8 of the St. Louis County Records; thence westwardly along the south line of said Lot 17 and along the western prolongation of said south line to the centerline of Lord Drive; thence southwardly along the centerline of Lord Drive to its intersection with the eastern prolongation of the south line of Lot 14 in Block 55 of Castle Point Unit No. 3 as recorded in Plat Book 29, Page 11 of the St. Louis County Records; thence westwardly along said prolongation and along the south line of said Lot 14 to the southwest corner thereof; thence southwardly along the east line of Lots 22 thru 30 in said Block 55 to the southeast corner of said Lot 30; thence westwardly along the south line of said Lot 30 to the southwest corner thereof; thence in a straight line across Count Drive to the southeast corner of Lot 4 in Block 58 in said Castle Point Unit No. 3; thence westwardly along the south line of said Lot 4 to the southwest corner thereof; thence southwardly along the west line of Lots 3, 2 and 1 in said Block 58 and continuing along the southern prolongation of the west line of said Lot 1 to the centerline of Empress Drive; thence westwardly along the centerline of said Empress Drive to 3 its intersection with the southern prolongation of the west line of Lot 1 in Block 67 of said Castle Point Unit No. 3; thence northwardly along said prolongation and along the west line of Lots 1 thru 5 in said Block 67 to the northwest corner of said Lot 5; thence eastwardly along the north line of said Lot 5 to the northeast corner thereof; thence in a straight line across Baron Drive to the southeast corner of Lot 26 in aforesaid Block 58; thence eastwardly along the south line of said Lot 26 to the southwest corner thereof; thence northwardly along the east line of Lots 26 thru 17 in said Block 58 to the northeast corner of said Lot 17; thence northwardly along a straight line across Princess Drive to the southwest corner of Lot 1 in Block 59 of said Castle Point unit No. 3; thence northwardly along the west line of Lots 1 thru 6 in said Block 59 to the northwest corner of said Lot 6; thence eastwardly along the north line of said Lot 6 to the northeast corner thereof; thence eastwardly along the eastern prolongation of said north line to the centerline of Count Drive; thence southwardly along said centerline to its intersection with the western prolongation of the south line of Lot 30 of Block 54 of said Castle Point unit No. 3; thence eastwardly along said prolongation to the southwest corner of said Lot 30; thence eastwardly along the south line of said Lot 30 to the southeast corner thereof; thence southwardly along the east line of Lots 31 thru 34 in said Block 54 and continuing along the southern prolongation of the east line of said Lot 34 to the 4 centerline of Princess Drive; thence eastwardly along the centerline of said Princess Drive to its intersection with the northern prolongation of the east line of Lot 15 in Block 46 of aforesaid Castle Point Unit No. 2; thence southwardly along said prolongation and along the east line of Lots 15, 16 and 17 in said Block 46 to the point of beginning. 5 The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 20, 1962.
