AN ORDINANCE vacating portions of an easement in the
Village of Westwood, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the said owner of subject property has
requested this District to vacate portions of such easement and
has granted this District a satisfactory substitute easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of sewer
easement in the Westwood Country Club grounds, which easement was
granted by the Westwood Country Club by instrument dated December
30, 1958, and recorded in Book 4027, page 480 of the St. Louis
County Records, are hereby vacated, to wit:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 31 of Westwood
Country Club Subdivision, said corner being a point on the north
line of Conway Road 70 feet wide; thence westwardly along said
north line of Conway Road a distance of 316.72 feet to a point;
thence in a northerly direction at an angle of 102 degrees 42
minutes to the right a distance of 599.25 feet to a point, said
point being the point of beginning proper; thence in a
southwesterly direction at an angle of 161 degrees 56 minutes to
the left a distance of 16.12 feet to a point; thence in a
northerly direction at an angle of 161 degrees 56 minutes to the
right a distance of 52.15 feet to a point; thence in a
northeasterly direction at an angle of 24 degrees 32 minutes to
the right a distance of 143.57 feet to a point; thence in a

southwesterly direction at an angle of 173 degrees 32 minutes to
the right a distance of 88.79 feet to a point; thence in a
southwesterly direction at an angle of 6 degrees 28 minutes to the
right a distance of 53.17 feet to a point; thence in a southerly
direction at an angle of 24 degrees 32 minutes to the left a
distance of 19.31 feet to a point; thence in a southwesterly
direction at an angle of 18 degrees 4 minutes to the right a dis-
tance of 16.12 feet to a point, said point being the point of
beginning proper.
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 31 of Westwood Country
Club Subdivision, said corner being a point on the north line of
Conway Road 70 feet wide; thence westwardly along said north line
of Conway Road a distance of 316.72 feet to a point; thence in a
northerly direction at an angle of 102 degrees 42 minutes to the
right a distance of 634.98 feet to a point; thence in a
northeasterly direction at an angle of 24 degrees 32 minutes to
the right a distance of 187.16 feet to a point, said point being
the point of beginning proper; thence in a northeasterly direction
at an angle of 6 degrees 28 minutes to the left a distance of
44.395 feet to a point; thence in a northeasterly direction at an
angle of 6 degrees 28 minutes to the right a distance of 122.52
feet to a point; thence in a northeasterly direction at an angle
of 0 degrees 16 minutes to the right a distance of 547.01 feet to
a point; thence in a southeasterly direction at an angle of 90
degrees 0 minutes to the right a distance of 10.00 feet to a

point; thence in a southwesterly direction at an angle of 90
degrees 0 minutes to the right a distance of 546.99 feet to a
point; thence in a southwesterly direction at an angle of 0
degrees 16 minutes to the left a distance of 210.72 feet to a
point; thence in a northeasterly direction at an angle of 173
degrees 32 minutes to the right a distance of 44.395 feet to a
point, said point being the point of beginning proper.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 20, 1962.
