HomeMy Public PortalAbout00804 O R D I N A N C E NO. 804 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 207 (Upper Watkins Creek) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO- POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of the Metro- politan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 207 (Upper Watkins Creek). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 207 (Upper Watkins Creek) shall be as follows: (SEE NEXT PAGE) Ord. No. 804 UPPER WATKINS CREEK Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the centerline of Missouri Interstate Highway I-270 with the centerline of the Chicago Burlington and Quincy Railroad Right of Way; thence northwardly along the centerline of said Railroad Right of Way to its intersection with the present boundary line of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District; thence in a general northwardly and northwestwardly direction along the boundary line of said Sewer District to its intersection with the northern prolongation of the centerline of Uthe Lane; thence southwardly along said prolongation to the centerline of Parker Road; thence southeastwardly along a straight line to the point of intersection of the centerline of Redman Road with the centerline of Jerries Lane; thence southwardly along the centerline of said Jerries Lane and continuing along the southern prolongation of said centerline to the centerline of said highway I-270; thence eastwardly along said centerline of Highway I-270 to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 24, 1962. -2-
