AN ORDINANCE, appropriating the sum of Eighteen Thousand
Two Hundred Dollars ($18,200.00) from the unappropriated surplus
of the General Fund to the Maintenance Department, Sewers
Division, for capital outlay and for other operating expenses, as
detailed, for the current fiscal year.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twelve Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($12,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappro-
priated surplus of the General Fund to the Maintenance Department,
Sewers Division for capital outlay for the purchase of equipment
during the current fiscal year.
Section Two. The sum of Two Thousand Nine Hundred
Dollars ($2,900.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated
surplus of the General Fund to the Maintenance Department, Sewers
Division for other operating expenses for the purchase of pipe.
Section Three. The sum of Two Thousand Eight Hundred
Dollars ($2,800.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated
surplus of the General Fund to the Maintenance Department, Sewers
Division for the purchase of no-glare screens for office windows.
Section Four. This being an appropriation ordinance, it
shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 24, 1962.
