AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of easement in the City
of Crestwood, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate such portion of easement, and has granted
this District a satisfactory substitute easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
That portion of sewer easement ten (10) feet wide and
lying in Lots 40 and 41 of Buxton Terrace Plat No. 3, a
subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Book 100, page 22 of the St. Louis County
Records, the centerline of which portion is described as beginning
at the intersection of the common lot line of said Lots 40 and 41
and Buxton Drive, and extending North 20 degrees 38 minutes 30
seconds West approximately 105 feet to its intersection with the
southern line of an easement of irregular width over the northern
portion of such Lot 41.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 24, 1962.
