AN ORDINANCE, amending Section Two of Ordinance No. 481,
adopted December 22, 1960, and revising the boundaries of
Subdistrict No. 78 (Magnet Drive) of The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 481, adopted December 22, 1960,
is hereby amended by eliminating from the boundaries of
Subdistrict No. 78 (Magnet Drive), as set forth in Section Two
thereof, the areas described as follows:
(1) That Part of Lot 13 of "Tower Hill Manor" lying south of
a line parallel with and 180 feet north of and measured at right
angles to the centerline of Olive Street Road, 60 feet wide.
(2) Tower Hill Court, a private street per plat of "Tower
Hill Manor".
(3) Friese Drive, 40 feet wide, a private street per plat of
"Bon Delle", for the reason that the Board of Trustees finds that
such property would not be benefited by the proposed sewer
facilities to be constructed in such subdistrict.
Section Two. Section Two of said Ordinance No. 481, as
amended, shall read as follows:
"Section Two". The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 78 (Magnet
Drive) shall be as follows:

Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Olive
Street Road, 60' wide, with the southern prolongation of the west
line of Lot 5 of "Tower Hill", a subdivision in St. Louis County,
Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3,
page 107 of the City (former County) of St. Louis, Missouri;
thence northwardly along said prolongation and along the west line
of said Lot 5 to its intersection with a line parallel with and
300' north of, measured at right angles to, said centerline of
Olive Street Road; thence eastwardly along said parallel line to
the west line of Lot 7 of "Tower hill Manor", a subdivision in St.
Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 96, page 38, St. Louis County Recorder's Office; thence
southwardly along said west line of Lot 7 to the southwest corner
of said Lot 7; thence eastwardly along the south line of Lots 7
and 8 of "Tower Hill Manor" to the west line of Tower Hill Court,
a private street as established on said plat of "Tower Hill
Manor"; thence southwardly along the west line of Tower Hill Court
to the north line of Olive Street Road, 60' wide; thence east
along said north line of Olive Street Road to the east line of
said Tower Hill Court; thence north along the eastern line of
Tower Hill Court to its intersection with a line parallel with and
180 feet north of the centerline of said Olive Street Road; thence
eastwardly along said parallel line to the west line of property
conveyed to George and Talka Thalmann by deed recorded in Book
3243, page 77, St. Louis County Recorder's Office; thence north
along the west line of said Thalmann property, and its eastern
prolongation, to its intersection with the west line of "Bon
Delle", a subdivision in St. Louis County, Missouri, according to
the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 81, page 18, St. Louis
County Recorder's Office; thence southwardly along the west line
of Lot 2 to its southwest corner; thence eastwardly along the
south line of Lots 2 and 1 of "Bon Delle" to the west line of
Friese Drive, 40' wide, a private street as established on said
plat of "Bon Delle"; thence south along the west line of Friese
Drive to the north line of Olive Street Road, 60' wide; thence
east along said north line of Olive Street Road to the east line
of said Friese Drive; thence north along the east line of Friese
Drive to the south line of said "Bon Delle"; thence east along the
south line of Lots 15 and 14 of "Bon Delle" to the southeast
corner of said Lot 14; thence north along the east line of "Bon
Delle" to the northeast corner of said Subdivision, being also the
northeast corner of Lot 10 of said "Tower Hill"; thence east along
the north line of Lot 11 of "Tower Hill" to the northeast corner
of said Lot 11; thence south along the east line of Lot 11 and its
southern prolongation to the centerline of said Olive Street Road;
thence westwardly along said centerline of Olive Street Road to
the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 24, 1962.
