AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of easement in the City of
Webster Groves, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate such portion of easement, and this District has
no need for such easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
The ten (10) foot wide easement over the south ten (10) feet
of Lot 19, Block 5 of Cheshire Plan 2, a subdivision of St. Louis
County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 42, page 2 of the St. Louis County Records, excepting
therefrom the eastern five (5) feet thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 24, 1962.
