AN ORDINANCE vacating an easement in the City of Richmond
Heights, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate such easement, and this District has no need
for such easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is hereby
vacated, to wit:
The fifteen (15) foot wide easement over the west fifteen
(15) feet of Lot 1 of Bellevue Square, a subdivision of St. Louis
County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 15, page 11 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 24, 1962.
