AWARD OF BID - DIESEL FUEL
WItEREAS, on July 22, 1996 by Resolution #96-208, the Purchasing Agent was
authorized to re-advertise for bids for Diesel; and
WItEREAS, no bids were received on August 15, 1996; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is in the best interest of the Borough of
Carteret to award said bid for diesel;
NOW, TItEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret that pursuant to State Contract Number 68766 the bid for diesel
fuel is hereby awarded to

Adopted this 5th day of September, 1996
and certified as a true copy of the original
on September 6, 1996.
