AN ORDINANCE, appropriating the sum of Twenty-five Thousand
Dollars ($25,000.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the
General Fund to the Maintenance Department, Plants Division, for
Other Operating Expenses for the current fiscal year.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,
000.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated surplus of
the General Fund to the Maintenance Department, Plants Division to
be used for Other Operating Expenses for the current fiscal year.
Section Two. This, being an appropriation ordinance, shall
take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 10, 1962.
