HomeMy Public PortalAbout00835 O R D I N A N C E NO. 835 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 209 (Renee Lane) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 209 (Renee Lane). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 209 (Renee Lane) shall be as follows: (SEE NEXT PAGE) 2 Ord. No. 835 RENEE LANE Beginning at a point, said point being the southeast corner of Lot 13 of Wir-Don Meadows Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 69 on Page 21 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northwardly along the east line of said Lot 13 and continuing along the northern prolongation of said east line to the centerline of Kathleen Lane; thence eastwardly along the centerline of Kathleen Lane to its in- tersection with the southern prolongation of the east line of Lot 21 in said Wir-Don Meadows; thence northwardly along said prolongation and along the east line of said Lot 21 to the northeast corner thereof, said point also being the southeast corner of Lot 22 of said subdivision; thence northwardly along the east line of said Lot 22 and the northern prolongation of said east line to the centerline of Roger Drive; thence southwestwardly along the centerline of said Roger Drive to the centerline of Renee Lane; thence northwardly and northwestwardly along the centerline of said Renee Lane to the centerline of Olive Street Road; thence southwestwardly along the centerline of Olive Street Road to its intersection with the northwestern prolongation of the southwest line of property now or formerly owned by Louis G. & Elizabeth A. Lang, as recorded in Deed Book 3947 on Page 530 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southeastwardly along said prolongation and along the southwest line of said Lang property to 3 the northwest line of property now or formerly owned by Oliver A. & Lura Jane Steinmeyer, as recorded in Deed Book 2474 on Page 189 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southwestwardly along the northwest line of said Steinmeyer property to the westernmost corner thereof; thence southeastwardly along the southwest line of said Steinmeyer property and continuing along the southwest line of property now or formerly owned by Julia Knoche, as recorded in Deed Book 3262 on Page 413 of the St. Louis County Records, and along the southeastern prolongation of the southwest line of said Knoche property to its intersection with a line parallel with and 100 feet southeast of the southeast line of said Knoche property; thence northeastwardly along said parallel line to the centerline of Mosley Road; thence southwardly along the centerline of said Mosley Road to its intersection with the western prolongation of the north line of Benwood Lane; thence eastwardly along said prolongation and along the north line of Benwood Lane to the southwest corner of property now or formerly owned by William Albert & Ann Elizabeth Sachse, Jr., as recorded in Deed Book 2236 on Page 97 of the St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along the south line of said Sachse property to the southeast corner thereof; thence northwardly along the east line of said Sachse property to the northeast corner thereof, said point also being the southwest corner of said Wir-Don Meadows Subdivision; thence eastwardly along the south line of said Wir-Don Meadows to the point of beginning. 4 The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 27, 1962.
