AN ORDINANCE, appropriating the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars
($10,000.00) from the Equipment Depreciation Fund to the
Maintenance Department, Sewers Division for the purchase of
passenger automobiles during the current fiscal year.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) is
hereby appropriated from the balance in the Equipment Depreciation
Fund to the Maintenance Department, Sewers Division to be used for
the purchase of passenger automobiles during the current fiscal
year.
Section Two. This being an appropriation ordinance, it shall
take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 27, 1962.
