AN ORDINANCE vacating a sewer easement in the City of Creve
Coeur, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the District, for its convenience and necessity has
relocated such easement, and the owners of such easement have
granted the District a satisfactory substitute easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District hereby
vacates the following described sewer easement:
That easement granted by Mary Ella Alfring and James G.
Alfring, her husband, by instrument dated July 9, 1962, and
recorded in Book 4865, page 513 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 27, 1962.
