AN ORDINANCE vacating a sewer easement in the Village of
Calverton Park, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the District, for its convenience and necessity has
relocated the proposed sewer, and has no further use for such
easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
hereby vacates the following described sewer easement:
That easement granted by Leonard R. Franzer and Melba M.
Franzer, his wife, by instrument dated March 24, 1959, and
recorded in Book 4060, page 221 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 27, 1962.
