AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of sewer easement in the City
of Crestwood, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate such portion of easement, and this District has
no further need for such portion of easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
The southwestern five (5) feet of the easement thirty (30)
feet wide over the northeast thirty (30) feet of Lot 35 of Eddie
Estates Plat No. 2, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri,
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 84, page 32 of
the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 27, 1962.
