AN ORDINANCE vacating an easement in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, for the convenience of the District, the said owner
of subject property has granted this District a new easement and
this District has no further use for such existing easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement in St.
Louis County, Missouri, is hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement granted by instrument dated May 4, 1962, and
recorded in Book 4818, Page 6 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 15, 1962.
