AN ORDINANCE vacating portions of easements in the City of
University City, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the said owner of subject property has requested
this District to vacate portions of such easements and this Dis-
trict has no need for such portions of easements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of sewer
easements are hereby vacated, to wit:
Portions of sewer easement in Evergreen Meadows, a sub-
division of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 98, page 78 of the St. Louis County
Records, which portions are more particularly described as
follows:
That portion of 7.5 foot wide easement over the northeast 7.5
feet of Lot 7 of aforesaid subdivision, which portion is described
as beginning at the point of intersection of the southwest line of
such easement and the outer line of the cul-de-sac of Evergreen
Court (50 feet wide) also known as Greenshire Court; thence
southwardly to a point, which point is 5.75 feet westwardly from
and measured perpendicularly from the northeast line of such Lot
7, and which perpendicular is 34.04 feet southerly from the
intersection of aforesaid cul-de-sac and such northeast line of
Lot 7; measured along such northeast line; thence southwardly, in
a straight line, to its intersection with aforesaid southwest line

of said easement at a point 15 feet northwestwardly measured along
said southwest line of the point of intersection of such southwest
line of easement projected southwardly and the southern line of
such Lot 7; thence northwestwardly, along the said southwest line
of easement, to the point of beginning.
That portion of 7.5 foot wide easement over the southwest 7.5
feet of Lot 8 of aforesaid subdivision, which portion is described
as beginning at the point of intersection of the northeast line of
such easement and the outer line of the cul-de-sac of aforesaid
Evergreen Court; thence southwardly to a point, which point is
6.65 feet eastwardly from and measured perpendicularly from the
southwest line of such Lot 8, and which perpendicular is 33.48
feet southerly from the intersection of aforesaid cul-de-sac and
such southwest line of Lot 8, measured along such southwest line;
thence southeastwardly, in a straight line, to its intersection
with aforesaid northeast line of easement at a point 20 feet
northwestwardly, measured along said northeast easement line, of
the point of intersection of such northeast line of easement
projected southwardly and the southern line of such Lot 8; thence
northwestwardly, along said northeast line of easement, to the
point of beginning.
The northern nine and one-half (9-1/2) feet of the combined
easements shown on aforesaid plat of Evergreen Meadows Subdivision
as a "7.5 foot wide esm't to M.S.D." and "Exist. 30 foot wide
sewer esm't", which portion of combined easements lie within the

boundaries of Lots 6, 7 and 8 of aforesaid subdivision, excepting
therefrom the west five (5) feet of Lot 6, the northeast seven and
one-half (7-1/2) feet of Lot 7, the southwest seven and one-half
(7-1/2) feet of Lot 8, and the east five (5) feet of Lot 8 of such
subdivision.
That portion of the southern five (5) feet of the aforesaid
thirty (30) foot wide easement shown on aforesaid plat of
Evergreen Meadows Subdivision as "Exist. 30 foot wide sewer
esm't", which portion is encompassed between the southward
extension of the west line of Lot 6 and the east line of Lot 8 of
aforesaid subdivision.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 15, 1962.
