AN ORDINANCE, amending Section Two of Ordinance No. 702,
adopted February 19, 1962, and revising the boundaries of
Subdistrict No. 184 (General Grant Lateral) of The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 702, adopted February 19, 1962, is
hereby amended by eliminating from the boundaries of Subdistrict
No. 184 (General Grant Lateral), as set forth in Section Two
thereof, the area described as follows:
Beginning at a point, said point being the southeast corner
of Lot 4 of Coleman's Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 90,
page 47 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northwardly along
the east line of said Lot 4 to the northeast corner thereof;
thence westwardly along the north line of said Lot 4 a distance of
350 feet to a point; thence southeastwardly along a straight line
to a point on the south line of said Lot 4, said point being 326
feet east of the southwest corner of said Lot 4; thence eastwardly
along the south line of said Lot 4 to the point of beginning, for
the reason that the Board of Trustees finds that said area is
beyond the area capable of being efficiently served by the
facilities proposed to be constructed in such Subdistrict.
Section Two of said Ordinance No. 702, as amended, shall read
as follows:

GENERAL GRANT LATERAL
Beginning at a point, said point being the southwest corner of Lot
4 of Coleman's Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 90 on Page 47
of the St. Louis County Records' thence eastwardly along the south
line of said Lot a distance of 326 feet to a point; thence
northwestwardly along a straight line to a point on the north line
of said Lot 4 being 170 feet east of the centerline of General
Grant Lane; thence northwardly and parallel with said centerline
to the Southwest corner of Lot 9 of Grant Forest Subdivision, as
recorded in Plat Book 34 on Page 26 of the St. Louis County
Records; thence northwardly along the west lines of Lots 9 thru 15
in said subdivision and along the prolongation northwardly of the
west line of said Lot 15 to its intersection with the centerline
of Rock Hill Road; thence westwardly along said centerline to its
intersection with the prolongation northwardly of the west line of
the property now or formerly owned by Joseph and Catherine Halek,
as recorded in Deed Book 3504 on Page 225 of the St. louis County
Records; thence southwardly along said prolongation and said west
line to the southwest corner thereof, said southwest corner being
on the north line of the property now or formerly owned by S.
Schmidt, as recorded in Deed Book 2069 on Page 158 of the St.

Louis County Records; thence westwardly along said north line to a
point, said point being 180 feet west of the centerline of General
Grant Lane; thence southwardly and parallel to the centerline of
General Grant Lane to the south line of aforesaid S. Schmidt
property; thence eastwardly along said south line to the
intersection of said south line with the northern prolongation of
the west line of the property now or formerly owned by A. W.
Januchowsky, as recorded in Deed Books 1379 on Page 509 and 1393
on Page 356 and 1388 on Page 563 of the St. Louis County Records,
said west line being approximately 130 feet west of the centerline
of General Grant Lane; thence southwardly along said prolongation
and along said west line, also being the east line of the property
now or formerly owned by Winifred Mosby as recorded in Deed Books
2466 on Page 148 and 4510 on Page 80 of the St. Louis County
Records, to the south line of said Mosby Property; thence
westwardly along said south line to the northeast corner of the
property now or formerly owned by Ralph and Rosemary Wirthlin, as
recorded in Deed Book 3097 on Page 93 of the St. Louis County
Records; thence southwardly along the east line of said Wirthlin
property to the southeast corner thereof; thence westwardly along
the south line of said property to the intersection of the
prolongation northwardly of the east line of the property now or
formerly owned by Oliver A. Wirthlin, as recorded in Deed Books
1915 on Page 102 and 2068 on Page 222 of the St. louis County
Records; thence southwardly along said prolongation and along said

east line and its prolongation southwardly to the north line of
Lot 10 of General Grant Place 2nd Addition Subdivision, as
recorded in Deed Book 72 on Page 20 of the St. Louis County
Records; thence eastwardly along said north line to the northeast
corner thereof; thence southwardly along the east line of said Lot
10 to the southeast corner thereof; thence in a straight line
across Colonel Dent Drive to the northeast corner of Lot 1 of said
Subdivision; thence southwardly along the east line of said Lot 1
to the southeast corner thereof, also being the northeast corner
of Lot 15 of General Grant Place Addition Subdivision, as recorded
in Plat Book 43 on Page 59 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
southwardly along the east line of said Lot 15 to the southeast
corner thereof; thence in a straight line across Captain Conn
Drive to the northeast corner of said Subdivision; thence
southwardly along the east line of said Lot 6 to the southeast
corner thereof; thence westwardly along the south line of said Lot
6 to a point, said point being 170 feet west of the centerline of
General Grant Lane; thence southwardly and parallel with the
centerline of General Grant Lane, to the south line of the
property now or formerly owned by William C. Petrovic, as recorded
in Deed Book 2683 on Page 244 of the St. Louis County Records;
thence eastwardly along said south line to the southeast corner of
said Petrovic property; thence in a straight line across General
Grant Lane to the point of beginning.
