AN ORDINANCE, amending Section Two of Ordinance No. 430,
adopted July 28, 1960, and revising the boundaries of Subdistrict
No. 110 (Pattonville) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District.
WHEREAS, the owner of land contiguous to the present area of
Subdistrict No. 110 (Pattonville) plans to grade such land so that
it will be capable of being efficiently served by the proposed
subdistrict sewers and has requested that his land be included in
said Subdistrict,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 430, adopted July 28, 1960, is
hereby amended by adding to the boundaries of Subdistrict No. 110
(Pattonville), as set forth in Section Two thereof, the area
described as follows:
Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of a
straight line, said line running from a point on the south line of
Lot 4 of the Subdivision of Long Farm, as recorded in Plat Book 1,
page 12 of the St. Louis County Records, said point being 230 feet
northwest of the centerline of Fee Fee Road, said 200 feet being
measured perpendicular to said centerline, to a point on the
northwestern prolongation of the centerline of Ravenna Avenue,
said point being 400 feet northeast of the centerline of Elrath
Avenue, with the west line of property now or formerly owned by A.
N. B. Investment Corporation as recorded in Deed Book 4010, page

528 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southeastwardly along
aforementioned straight line to its intersection with the
northeastward prolongation of the centerline of Ravenna Avenue at
a point 400 feet northeast of the centerline of Elrath Avenue;
thence northeastwardly in a straight line to the point of
intersection of the centerline of Lindbergh Blvd. with the east-
ward projection of the south line of said Lot 4 of the Subdivision
of Long Farm; thence northwardly along the centerline of said
Lindbergh Blvd. to the centerline of The Mark Twain Express
Highway (Interstate Highway No. 70); thence westwardly along the
centerline of said Mark Twain Expressway to the centerline of Fee
Fee Road; thence southwardly and southwestwardly along the
centerline of said Fee Fee Road to its intersection with the
western prolongation of the south line of said Lot 4 of the
Subdivision of Long Farm, said line also being a south line of
aforesaid A.N.B. Investment Corporation property; thence
eastwardly along said prolongation and along said south line of A.
N. B. Investment Corporation property to a west line of said
property, said line also being common to the east line of property
now or formerly owned by the School District of Pattonville;
thence southwardly along the west line of said A. N. B. Investment
Corporation property to the point of beginning, for the reason
that the Board of Trustees finds that such additional area is
within the area capable of being efficiently served by the
proposed sewer facilities to be constructed in such Subdistrict.

Section Two. Section Two of said Ordinance No. 430, as
amended, shall read as follows:
"Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 110
(Pattonville) shall be as follows:
PATTONVILLE
Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the
southeast line of St. Ann Hills Plat No. 4 Subdivision, as
recorded in Plat Book 62 on Pages 16 and 17 of the St. Louis
County Records, with the north line of U. S. Survey 890; thence
westwardly along the south line of said subdivision and continuing
across Adie Road and along the south line of St. Ann Hills Plat
No. 6 Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 72 on Page 3 of the
St. Louis County Records, to the southeast corner of Lot 26 of
said subdivision; thence northwestwardly, westwardly and
southwestwardly along the northeast, north and northwest lines of
said Lot 26 to the southwest corner of said Lot 26; thence
westwardly along the south line of said St. Ann Hills Plat No. 6
Subdivision to the southwest corner of said subdivision; thence
northwardly along the west line of said subdivision to the
northwest corner of Lot 15 of said St. Ann Hills Plat No. 6
Subdivision; thence westwardly along the westward prolongation of
the north line of said Lot 15 to its intersection with the east
line of We Avenue; thence northwardly along said east line of We

Avenue and said line projected northwardly to its intersection
with the north line of the lots fronting on the north side of
Florence Avenue; thence westwardly along said north line of said
lots to its intersection with the west line of Berkeley Gardens
Homesite Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 18 on Page 44 of
the St. Louis County Records; thence northwestwardly in a straight
line to its intersection with the centerline of Lindbergh
Boulevard at a point six hundred feet (600') south of the
centerline of Old St. Charles Rock Road, as measured along said
centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard; thence northwardly along said
centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard to its intersection with the
centerline of Old St. Charles Rock Road; thence northwestwardly
along said centerline of Old St. Charles Rock Road to its
intersection with the southward prolongation of the west line of
South Pattonville Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 17 on Page
100 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northwardly along said
prolongation and along said west line continuing along the west
line of Pattonville Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 17 on
Page 78 of the St. Louis County Records, and said line projected
to the centerline of Oak Avenue; thence eastwardly along said
centerline of Oak Avenue to its
intersection with the centerline of Raymond Avenue; thence
northwardly along said centerline of Raymond Avenue to its
intersection with the centerline of St. Charles Rock Road; thence
eastwardly along the centerline of St. Charles Rock Road to its

intersection with the property line extending northwardly from St.
Charles Rock Road and approximately two hundred and thirty feet
(230;) west of the west line of Fee Fee Road; thence northwardly
along said property line at a distance of about two hundred and
thirty feet (230') to a property line parallel to St. Charles Rock
Road; thence eastwardly along said property line to the
intersection with a line two hundred feet (200') west of and
parallel to the centerline of Fee Fee Road; thence northwardly
along said parallel line to the south line of Lot 4 of the
Subdivision of Long Farm, as recorded in Plat Book 1 on Page 12 of
the St. Louis County Records; thence southeastwardly along a
straight line said line running from said point on its south line
of Lot 4 to a point on the northeastward prolongation of the
centerline of Ravenna Avenue, at a distance of four hundred feet
(400') northeast of the centerline of Elrath Avenue as measured
along said projection, to the west line of property now or
formerly owned by the A. N. B. Investment Corporation as recorded
in Deed Book 4010 Page 528 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
northwardly along said west line to a south line of said
property, said line also being the south line of Lot 4 of the
Subdivision of Long Farm; thence westwardly along said south line
of A. N. B. Investment Corporation property and continuing along
the western prolongation of said south line to the centerline of
Fee Fee Road; thence northeastwardly and northwardly along said
centerline of Fee Fee Road to the centerline of Interstate Highway

No. 70 (Mark Twain Expressway); thence eastwardly along the
centerline of said Mark Twain Expressway to the centerline of
Lindbergh Boulevard; thence southwardly along the centerline of
Lindbergh Boulevard to its intersection with the eastward
projection to the south line of said Lot 4 of said Subdivision of
Long Farm; thence eastwardly in a straight line to the northwest
corner of Rolling Green Acres Subdivision, as recorded in Plat
Book 55 on Page 34 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
eastwardly along the north line of said subdivision to a point in
the west line of Cypress Gardens No. 3 Subdivision, as recorded in
Plat Book 44 on Page 92 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
southwardly along the west line of said subdivision to the
southwest corner of said subdivision; thence eastwardly along the
south line of said Cypress Gardens No. 3 Subdivision and its
prolongation to the centerline of Cypress Road; thence southwardly
along the centerline of Cypress Road to its intersection with the
northeastward prolongation of the southeast line of Crystal
Avenue; thence southwestwardly along said prolongation and along
said southeast line to the centerline of St. Charles Rock Road;
thence southeastwardly along the centerline of St. Charles Rock
Road to its intersection with the northeast prolongation of the
southeast line of Rock Road Terrace Subdivision, as recorded in
Plat Book 16 on Page 29 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
southwestwardly along said prolongation and along said southeast
line and along the southeast line of said St. Ann Hills Plat No. 4

Subdivision to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 8, 1962.
