AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of easement in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of subject property has requested
this District to vacate a portion of such easement and this
District has no need for such portion of easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated to wit:
That easement fifteen (15) feet wide, over the
northeast fifteen (15) feet of Lot 3 of Heege Court, a subdivision
of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 103, page 70 of the St. Louis County
Records, excepting therefrom the southeast ten (10) feet thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 8, 1962.
