AN ORDINANCE vacating an easement in St Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the said owner of subject property has
requested this District to vacate such easement and has granted
this District a satisfactory substitute easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
That ten (10) foot wide easement lying in property now
or formerly of St. Vincent's Hospital in part of Lot I, Thomas
Hoke Estate, St. Louis County, Missouri, which easement was
granted by instrument dated July 3, 1962 and recorded in Book
4858, Page 121 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 27, 1962.
