AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of an easement in
Carondelet Commons, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the said owner of subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portion of easement and has
granted this District a satisfactory substitute easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
That portion of the ten (10) foot wide easement granted
by instrument recorded in Book 1733, Page 155 of the St. Louis
County Records, and lying in part of Lots 95 and 96 of Carondelet
Commons, St. Louis County, Missouri, and which portion of easement
extends from the southwest line of Paule Avenue southwestwardly a
distance of 561 feet.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 27, 1962.
