HomeMy Public PortalAbout00886 O R D I N A N C E NO. 886 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 84 (Northwoods) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 84 (Northwoods). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 84 (Northwoods) shall be as follows: (SEE NEXT PAGE) 2 NORTHWOODS Beginning at a point in the East line of Nelson Avenue, 50.0 feet wide at its intersection with the South line of Lot 29, Block 4 of Arbor Terrace Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 14 on Page 78 of the St. Louis County Records; thence Eastwardly along the South line of said Lot 29 and the South line of Lot 19 and across Melba Avenue and continuing along the South line of Lot 32 in Block 3 of said Arbor Terrace to the Southeast corner of said Lot 32; thence Southeastwardly in a straight line to a point in the south line of Lot 18, said point being 65 feet east of the southwest corner of said Lot 18; thence Eastwardly along the South line of said Lot 18, a distance of thirty-five (35) feet to a point; thence Southwardly and parallel with Oakridge Blvd. to the South line of Lot 17 in said Block 3; thence Eastwardly along the South line of Lot 17 to a point in the West line of Oakridge Blvd.; thence across Oakridge Blvd. and along the South line of Lot 33 in Block 2 of said Arbor Terrace to the Southeast corner of said Lot 33;
