AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County,
Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 84 (Northwoods) of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One Pursuant to a petition of residents of the
District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known
as Subdistrict No. 84 (Northwoods).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 84
(Northwoods) shall be as follows:

NORTHWOODS
Beginning at a point in the East line of Nelson Avenue, 50.0 feet
wide at its intersection with the South line of Lot 29, Block 4 of
Arbor Terrace Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 14 on Page 78
of the St. Louis County Records; thence Eastwardly along the South
line of said Lot 29 and the South line of Lot 19 and across Melba
Avenue and continuing along the South line of Lot 32 in Block 3 of
said Arbor Terrace to the Southeast corner of said Lot 32; thence
Southeastwardly in a straight line to a point in the south line of
Lot 18, said point being 65 feet east of the southwest corner of
said Lot 18; thence Eastwardly along the South line of said Lot
18, a distance of thirty-five (35) feet to a point; thence
Southwardly and parallel with Oakridge Blvd. to the South line of
Lot 17 in said Block 3; thence Eastwardly along the South line of
Lot 17 to a point in the West line of Oakridge Blvd.; thence
across Oakridge Blvd. and along the South line of Lot 33 in Block
2 of said Arbor Terrace to the Southeast corner of said Lot 33;
thence Southwardly along the West line of Lot 16 of said Block 2
to the Southwest corner of said Lot 16; thence Eastwardly along
the South line of Lot 16 and across Lawler Road and along the
South line of Lot 24 in Block 1 of said Arbor Terrace to a point
thirty feet (30') east of the west line of said Lot 24; thence
Northeastwardly in a straight line to the Southernmost corner of
Lot 18 of said Block 1; thence Northeastwardly along the

Northwest corner of said Lot 1; thence Eastwardly along the North
line of said Lot 1 and its prolongation Eastwardly across Begg
Blvd., 60 feet wide, to the Eastern line of said Begg Boulevard;
thence Northeastwardly along a line perpendicular to the
Southwestern line of Hazen Street (formerly Bircher Street), a
distance of 60.0 feet, more or less, to a point in the
Southwestern line of Hazen Street; thence Southeastwardly along
said Southwestern line to a point in the Southwestwardly
prolongation of the South eastern line of Lot 11 in Block 2 of the

more or less, to the Northeastern corner the aforementioned
Boulevards; thence Northeastwardly a straight line to a point in
the Southwest line of Lot 60 of Block 9 of McDermott's 2nd
Edgewood Park Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 7 on Page 56 of
the St. Louis County Records, thirty feet (30') Southeast of the
Northwest line of said Lot 60; thence Northeastwardly along line
