AN ORDINANCE vacating portions of sewer easements in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate such portions of easements, and this District
has no further need for such portions of easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT.
Section One. The following described portions of sewer
easements are hereby vacated, to wit.
That easement ten (10) feet wide over the northwest ten (10)
feet of Lot 17 of Holiday Meadows Plat No. 4, a subdivision of St.
Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 101, page 87 of the St. Louis County Records, excepting
therefrom the southwestern twenty (20) feet thereof.
That easement ten (10) feet wide over the northwest ten (10)
feet of Lot 18 of aforesaid Holiday Meadows Plat No. 4
Subdivision, excepting therefrom the northeastern seven and five-
tenths (7.5) feet thereof.
That easement ten (10) feet wide over the northwest ten (10)
feet of Lot 53 of Holiday Meadows Plat No. 2, a subdivision of St.
Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 100 page 55 of the St. Louis County Records, excepting
therefrom the southwest seven and one-half (7-1/2) feet thereof.
That easement ten (10) feet wide over the northwest ten (10)
feet of Lot 54 of aforesaid Holiday Meadows Plat No. 2
Subdivision, excepting therefrom the northeastern ten (10) feet
thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 20, 1962.
