AN ORDINANCE, amending Section Two of Ordinance No. 350,
adopted December 17, 1959, and revising the boundaries of
Subdistrict No. 92 (Wright and Geraldine) of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 350, adopted December 17, 1959,
is hereby amended by eliminating from the boundaries of
Subdistrict No. 92 (Wright and Geraldine), as set forth in Section
Two thereof, the area described as follows:
The northeastern 50 feet of a 100 foot Right of Way for the
Coldwater Creek Drainage District No. 2A, for the reason that the
Board of Trustees finds that such property is beyond the area
capable of being efficiently served by the proposed sewer
facilities to be constructed in such subdistrict.
Section Two. Section Two of said Ordinance No. 350, as hereby
amended, shall read as follows:
"Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 92 (Wright
and Geraldine) shall be as follows:

WRIGHT AND GERALDINE
Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the
north line of a lot now or formerly of Peter F. Aiello and
Genevieve Aiello, his wife, as recorded in Deed Book 3511 on Page
611 of the St. Louis County Records, with the western line of
Woodson Hills Plat No. 6, as recorded in Plat Book 88 on page 37
of the St. Louis County Records; thence southwardly along the west
line of said Subdivision and the west line of Woodson Hills Plat
No. 5, as recorded in Plat Book 83 on page 38 of the St. Louis
County Records, to a point, said point being the northeast corner
of a let now or formerly of Jesse C. Andrews, Sr. and Beatrice L.
Andrews, his wife, as recorded in Deed Book 1669 on page 127 of
the St. Louis County Records; thence westwardly along the north
line of said Andrews property to the northwest corner of said
property; thence westwardly in a straight line across Geraldine
Avenue (40' wide) to the northeast corner of a lot now or formerly
of James W. Goodman and Lillie E. Goodman, his wife, as recorded
in Deed Book 2544 on page 182 of the St. Louis County Records;
thence westwardly along the north line of said Goodman property to
the northwest corner of said property; thence southwardly along
the west line of said Goodman property and along the west line of
a lot now or formerly of William E. Clubb and Hazel W. Clubb, his
wife, as recorded in Deed Book 2373 on page 579 of the St. Louis
County Records, and along the west line of a lot now or formerly

of William F. Puckhaber, Jr. and Frances M. Puckhaber, his wife,
as recorded in Deed Book 3680 on page 84 of the St. Louis County
Records, and along the west line of a lot now or formerly of
Eugene Midden and Mary L. Midden, his wife, as recorded in Deed
Book 3848 on page 456 of the St. Louis County Records, to the
northeast corner of a lot now or formerly of Lacmar, Inc., as
recorded in Deed Book 3598 on page 1 of the St. Louis County
Records; thence westwardly along the north line of said Lacmar,
Inc., property to the northwest corner of said property; thence
northwestwardly in a straight line across Jane Avenue (30' wide)
to the northeast corner of a lot now or formerly of Harry B.
Cowdery and Alice Cowdery, his wife, as recorded in Deed Book 1474
on page 439 of the St. Louis County Records; thence westwardly
along the north line of said Cowdery property to a point, said
point being 162.50 feet west of the west line of Jane Avenue,
thence southwardly and parallel to the west line of Jane Avenue to
tee north ne of lot now or formerly of Harry B. Cowdery and Alice
Cowdery, his wife as recorded in Deed Book 1620 on page 96 of the
St. Louis County Records; thence southwardly in a straight line
across said Cowdery property to the northwest corner of a lot now
or formerly of Frank Henderson and Rosemary Henderson, his wife,
as recorded in Deed Book 1485 on page 40 of the St. Louis County
Records; thence southwardly along the west line of said Henderson
property to a point, said point being in the north line of a lot
now or formerly of Howard Rains and Helen Devon Rains, his wife,

as recorded in Deed Book 2563 on page 116 of the St. Louis County
Records; thence westwardly along the north line of said Rains
property to the east line of Sims Avenue (30' wide); thence south
along the east line of said Sims Avenue and the east line of said
street extended to the south line of Livingston Avenue (30' wide);
thence westwardly along the south line of Livingston Avenue to the
east line of Wright Avenue (30' wide); thence southwardly along
the east line of Wright Avenue to the northeast line of the Right-
of-Way (100' wide) for the Coldwater Creek Drainage District No.
2A; thence northwestwardly along the northeast line of said
Coldwater Creek Drainage District No. 2A to a point, said point
being in the east line of Tract No. 6 of St. Ann Country Club
Tracts, as recorded in Plat Book 46 on page 42 of the St. Louis
County Records; thence northwardly along the east line of said
Tract No. 6 to a point, said point being the northwest corner of a
lot now or formerly of James E. Smith and Marcella Smith, his
wife, as recorded in Deed Book 2545 on page 529 and in Deed Book
3576 on page 574 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
eastwardly along the north line of said Smith property to the
northeast corner of said property; thence eastwardly in a straight
line to the southwest corner of said property; thence eastwardly
in a straight line to the southwest corner of a lot now or
formerly of John Bachman and Daisy Lillian Bachman, his wife, as
recorded in Deed Book 2053 on page 575 of the St. Louis County
Records; thence eastwardly along the south line of said Bachman

property to the west line of a lot now or formerly of Louis E.
Smith and Florence E. Smith, his wife, as recorded in Deed Book
2174 on page 538 and in Deed Book 2194 on page 235 of the St.
Louis County Records; thence northwardly along the west line of
said Smith property and along the west line of a lot now or
formerly of Thomas A. Amaro and Marie A. Amaro, his wife, as
recorded in deed Book 2319 on page 437 of the St. Louis County
Records, and along the west line of a lot now or formerly of
Patrick M. Browne and Vernitta V. Browne, his wife, as recorded in
Deed Book 3759 on page 414 of the St.Louis County Records, and
said west line of said Browne property projected northwardly to
its intersection with a line 66.93 feet north of and parallel to
the north line of said Browne property; thence eastwardly along
said parallel line to its intersection with the east line of Jane
Avenue; thence southwardly along the east line of Jane Avenue to
its intersection with a line 66 feet north of and parallel to the
north line of a lot now or formerly of William H. Coleman and
Stelma Coleman, his wife, as recorded in Deed Book 3094 on page
320 of the St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along said
parallel line to its Intersection with the west line of a lot now
or formerly of Ronald K. Stratman and Barbara Y. Stratman, his
wife, as recorded in Deed Book 3809 on page 495 of the St. Louis
County Records; thence northwardly along the west line of said
Stratman property and along the west line of a lot now or formerly
of James R. Babb and A. Lula Babb, his wife, as recorded in Deed

Book 4090 on page 396 of the St. LouIs County Records, and along
the west line of a lot now or formerly of Kenneth E. Gronemeyer
and Dolores A. Gronemeyer, his wife, as recorded in Deed Book 2489
on page 138 of the St. Louis County Records to a point, said point
being 15 feet south of the northwest corner of said Gronemeyer
property; thence eastwardly and parallel to the north line of said
Gronemeyer property to the west line of Geraldine Avenue (40'
wide); thence southeastwardly across Geraldine Avenue (40' wide)
to the northwest corner of a lot now or formerly of Peter F.
Aiello; thence eastwardly along the north line of said Aiello
property to the point of beginning.
