AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of sewer easement in
the City of Frontenac, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portion of easement, and
this District has no further need for such portion of easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
That portion of easement ten (10) feet wide as granted
by instrument recorded in Book 2651, page 92 of the St. Louis
County Records, which portion lies in Lot 10 of Portland, Plat 2,
a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 98, page 1 of the St Louis County
Records and which portion extends from Aintree Drive southwardly a
distance of 152 feet.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 20, 1962.
