AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of sewer easement in
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portion of easement, and
this District has no further need for such portion of easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
A triangular portion of the easement ten (10) feet wide
granted by instrument recorded in Book 4098, page 279 of the St.
Louis County Records, and which portion of easement lies in Lots
15 and 16 of Block 7 of Larchmont, a subdivision of St. Louis
County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 21, page 10 of the St. Louis County Records, which triangular
portion being vacated hereby is described as follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the south
line of aforesaid easement and a line parallel with and 35.0 feet
eastwardly from the east line of Edgeworth Avenue (40 feet wide),
measured at right angles thereto; thence eastwardly along said
east line of easement to its intersection with a line parallel
with aforesaid east line of Edgeworth Avenue and 96.0 feet
eastwardly therefrom, measured at right angles thereto; thence
westwardly along a line perpendicular to aforesaid east line of
Edgeworth Avenue to its intersection with the northwardly
prolongation of aforesaid line parallel with and 35.0 feet east of
the east line of Edgeworth Avenue; thence southwardly along said
last mentioned parallel line to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 20, 1962.
