AN ORDINANCE vacating portions of sewer easements in
St. Louis County and in the Village of Hazelwood, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portions of easements, and
has granted this District satisfactory substitute easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of sewer
easements are hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement five (5) feet wide over the northwest
five (5) feet of Lot 12 of Coach Light Village Plat No. 1, a
subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 101, pages 18 and 19 of the St.
Louis County Records, excepting therefrom the northeast ten (10)
feet thereof.
That easement five (5) feet wide over the southeast
five (5) feet of Lot 13 of aforesaid subdivision, excepting
therefrom the northeast ten (10) feet thereof.
That easement two and one-half (2 1/2) feet wide over
the northwest two and one-half (2 1/2) feet of Lot 16 of aforesaid
subdivision, excepting therefrom the northeast ten (10) feet
thereof.
That easement two and one-half (2 1/2) feet wide over
the southeastern two and one-half (2 1/2) feet of Lot 17 of
aforesaid subdivision, excepting therefrom the northeast ten (10)
feet thereof.
That easement ten (10) feet wide the centerline of
which is the common lot line of Lots 61 and 62 of Coach Light
Village Plat No. 2, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri,
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 101, pages 32
and 33 of the St. Louis County Records, excepting therefrom the
southeastern fifteen (15) feet thereof.
That easement six (6) feet wide, the centerline of
which is the common lot line of Lots 77 and 78 of aforesaid
subdivision, excepting therefrom the northwest five (5) feet
thereof.
That easement six (6) feet wide, the centerline of
which is the common lot line of Lots 31 and 82 of aforesaid
subdivision, excepting therefrom the northeast fifteen (15) feet
thereof.
That easement six (6) feet wide, the centerline of
which is the common lot line of Lots 87 and 88 of aforesaid
subdivision, excepting therefrom the northeast ten (10) feet
thereof.
All easements lying in Lots 80, 81, 91, 92, 93, 94, 95,
96 and 97 of aforesaid subdivision.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 20, 1962.
