HomeMy Public PortalAbout00899AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 1249 O R D I N A N C E NO. 899 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 211 (Kidder and Aliceton) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF TEE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 211 (Kidder and Aliceton). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 211 (Kidder and Aliceton) shall be as follows: (SEE NEXT PAGE) 2 KIDDER AND ALICETON Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the centerline of Laclede Station Road with the western prolongation of the north line of Forestate Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 97 Pages 28 and 29 of the St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along said prolongation and along the north line of said Forestate Subdivision to the northeast corner thereof; thence southwardly along the east line of said subdivision and the southern prolongation of said east line to the centerline of Texas Avenue; thence eastwardly along the centerline of Texas Avenue to the centerline of Gravois Road; thence northeastwardly along the centerline of Gravois Road to the centerline of Valcour Avenue; thence northwardly along the centerline of Valcour Avenue to its intersection with the eastern prolongation of the south line of property now or formerly owned by Kingdon L. Harrington et al as recorded in Deed Book 3846 Page 259 of the St. Louis County Records; thence westwardly along said prolongation and along the south line of said Harrington property to the south west corner thereof; thence northwardly along the west line of said Harrington property to the south line of property now or formerly owned by Joseph L. and Helen L. Schulte as recorded in Deed Book 1901 Page 42 of the St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along the south line of said Schulte property to the southeast corner 3 thereof; thence northwardly along the east line of said Schulte property and continuing along the east line of another parcel now or formerly owned by said Schulte as recorded in Deed Book 1850 Page 261 of the St. Louis County Records, and along the northern prolongation of said east line to the centerline of Aliceton Avenue; thence westwardly along the centerline of Aliceton Avenue to its intersection with the southern prolongation of the east line of lot 2 of Binder Place as recorded in Plat Book 47 Page 9 of the Louis County Records; thence northwardly along said prolongation and along the east line of said lot 2 to the northeast corner thereof; thence northeastwardly along the southeast line of lot 3 in said Binder Place and along the northeastern prolongation of said southeast line to the centerline of Rock Hill Road; thence northwestwardly along the centerline of Rock Hill Road to its intersection with the southern prolongation of the east line of lot 10 in Crestmoor Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 38 Page 73 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northwardly along said prolongation and along the east line of said lot 10 to the northeast corner thereof; thence northwestwardly along the northern lines of lots 10 thru 13 in said Crestmoor Subdivision to the northwest corner of said lot 13, said point also being the southeast corner of property now or formerly owned by Gene A. Frangiosa as recorded by Daily Number 308 on June 15, 1959 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northwestwardly along the southwest line of said Frangiosa 4 property and along the northwestern prolongation of said southwest line to the centerline of Laclede Station Road; thence southwardly along the centerline of Laclede Station Road to its intersection with a line parallel with and 150 feet south of the centerline of Rock Hill Road, said 150 feet being measured perpendicular to said centerline; thence southeastwardly along said parallel line to its intersection with a line parallel with and 300 feet east of the centerline of Laclede Station Road, said 300 feet being measured perpendicular to said centerline; thence southwardly along the last mentioned parallel line to its intersection with a line parallel with and 150 feet north of the centerline of Aliceton Avenue, said 150 feet being measured perpendicular to said centerline; thence westwardly along the last mentioned parallel line to the centerline of Laclede Station Road; thence southwardly along the centerline of said Laclede Station Road to the point of beginning. 5 The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 7, 1963.
