AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 213 (Meadow
Acres) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the
District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 213 (Meadow Acres).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 213
(Meadow Acres) shall be as follows:

MEADOW ACRES
Beginning at a point, said point being the easternmost corner of
lot Il in "Meadow Acres" as recorded in Plat Book 63, Page 42 of
the St. Louis County Records; thence northwestwardly along the
northeast line of lots 11, 12 and 13 in said "Meadow Acres'' to
the northernmost corner of said lot 13; thence southwestwardly
along the northwest line of lots 13 thru 19 in said subdivision to
the westernmost corner of said lot 19; thence southeastwardly
along the southwest line of lots 19 thru 23 in said "Meadow Acres"
to the southernmost corner of said lot 23; thence northeastwardly
along the southeast line of said lot 23 and continuing along the
northeastern prolongation of said southeast line to the centerline
of Meadow Acres Lane; thence northwestwardly along said centerline
to its intersection with the southwestern prolongation of the
southeast line of lot 6 In said "Meadow Acres"; thence
northeastwardly along said prolongation and along the southeast
line of said lot 6 to the easternmost corner thereof; thence
northwestwardly along the northeast line of lots 6 and 7 in said
subdivision to the southeast corner of lot 8 in said "Meadow
Acres"; thence northeastwardly along the southeast line of lots 8,
9, 10 and 11 in said "Meadow Acres" to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 7, 1963.
