AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 216 (Sarah and
Old Ballas) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT.
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 216 (Sarah and Old Ballas).
Section Two. The boundaries of Sub district No. 216
(Sarah and Old Ballas) shall be as follows.

SARAH AND OLD BALLAS
Beginning at a point, said point being the northwest corner of
property now or formerly owned by Chris C. Ziercher as recorded in
Deed Book 3240 Page 416 of the St. Louis County Records: thence
eastwardly along the north line of said Ziercher property to its
intersection with a line parallel with and 155 feet east of the
centerline of said Sarah Avenue; thence southwardly along said
parallel line to the north line of Section 10 of Township 45,
Range 5 east; thence westwardly along the north line of said
Section 10 to its intersection with a line parallel with and 155
feet west of the centerline of said Sarah Avenue; thence
northwardly along said last mentioned parallel line to its
intersection with a line parallel with and 100 feet north of the
north line of property now or formerly owned by Frank H. and
Minnie R. Hart as recorded in Deed Book 3388, Page 544 of the St.
Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along the last mentioned
parallel line to the west line of said Sarah Avenue; thence
eastwardly in a straight line across Sarah Avenue to the point of
beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 7, 1963.
