AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of sewer easement in
the City of Crestwood, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portion of easement, and
this District has no further need for such portion of easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement ten (10) feet wide ever the north 635
feet of the west ten (10) feet of property as surveyed and shown
on the plat of Arapaho Valley Plat No. 1, a subdivision of St.
Louis County, Missouri, which plat is recorded in Plat Book 72
page 17 of the St. Louis County Recorder's Office.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 7, 1963.
