AN ORDINANCE vacating portions of sewer easements in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate such portions of easements and this District
has no further need for such portions of easements,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT.
Section One. The following described portions of sewer
easements are hereby vacated to wit.
The western eight (8) feet of the southern thirty-six (36)
feet of the northern fifty-two (52) feet of that portion of the
two easements totalling twenty-five (25) feet width which lie over
the eastern five (5) feet of Lot 34 of Brentwood Terrace Plat No.
4, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 93 page 42 of the St. Louis
County Records, and over that portion of the 8 foot wide strip of
land described in instrument recorded as Daily Number 294 on May
1, 1962 in the St. Louis County Records, and lying adjacent to
said Lot 34.
The western eight and five tenths (8.5) feet of the northern
thirty-five (35) feet of the southern forty-seven (47) feet of that
portion of the twenty-five (25) foot wide easement which lies over the
eastern five (5) feet of Lot 33 of aforesaid Brentwood Terrace Flat No.
4 Subdivision, and over that portion of the 8 foot wide strip of land
described as aforesaid lying adjacent to said Lot 33.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 7, 1963.
