AN ORDINANCE vacating portions of sewer easements in
the City of Sunset Hills, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate such portions of easements, and this District
has no need for such portions of easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of sewer
easements are hereby vacated, to wit:
Those easements five (5) feet wide over the east five (5)
feet of Lot 11 and over the west five (5) feet of Lot 12 of
Windsor Spring Estates Addition, a subdivision of St. Louis
County, Missouri according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 101 page 43 of the St. Louis County Records, excepting there-
from the southern fifteen (15) feet thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 11, 1963.
