AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of sewer easement in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate such portion of easement, and this District has
no further need for such portion of easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
That portion of the easement secondly described in instrument
recorded in Book 3913 page 155 of the St. Louis County Records,
which portion is a thirty (30) foot by one hundred fifteen (115)
foot parcel of ground, excepting therefrom a ten (10) foot by
twenty (20) foot area described as beginning in the southeastern
corner of such 30 by 115 foot parcel of ground; thence North 14
degrees 39 minutes East a distance of 10 feet; thence North 75
degrees 21 minutes West a distance of 20 feet; thence South 14
degrees 39 minutes West a distance of 10 feet; thence South 75
degrees 21 minutes East a distance of 20 feet to the point of
beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on January 11, 1963.
