AN ORDINANCE vacating an easement in the City of Kirkwood,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate such easement, and the District has no need for
such easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is hereby
vacated, to wit:
That easement ten (10) feet wide over the east five (5) feet
of Lot 13 and the west five (5) feet of Lot 14 of Block 7 of
Corona Park, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri,
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 24, Page 2 of
the St. Louis County Records, excepting therefrom the south five
(5) feet thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 7, 1963.
