AN ORDINANCE, appropriating the sum of Five Thousand Dollars
($5,000.00) from the unappropriated balance in the Operating Funds
of Subdistrict No. 88 (Fountain Creek) to the construction account
therein, to be used for lining Fountain Creek at Graham Road.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) is
hereby set apart out of the unappropriated balance in the
Operating Funds of Subdistrict No. 88 (Fountain Creek) and
appropriated to the construction account therein to be used for
lining Fountain Creek at Graham Road.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 7, 1963.
