HomeMy Public PortalAbout00928 O R D I N A N C E NO. 928 AN ORDINANCE authorizing and directing the Executive Director to Quit-claim a certain easement for road purposes in St. Louis County, Missouri and to execute a quit-claim deed upon the conditions herein set out. WHEREAS, the owner of subject real property granted an easement for road and access purposes to St. Louis County and to this District, and has requested that such road easement be re- located, and is granting this District a satisfactory substitute easement for access purposes; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The District does hereby Remise, Release and forever Quit-Claim unto the London Square Development Corporation, owner of the fee in the subJect property; any right, title or interest in the following described easement for road purposes: That easement Thirty (30) feet wide over the south thirty (30) feet of the west one hundred fifty (150) feet of Lot A of North Garden Apartments, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 103 pages 80 and 81 of the St. Louis County Records. Section Two. The Executive Director is hereby authorized and directed to execute in behalf of the District a deed giving effect to Section One hereof. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 21, 1963.
