HomeMy Public PortalAbout00929REPEALED BY ORDINANCE NO. 7644 - 12/28/88 O R D I N A N C E NO. 929 AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of a building or floodway reservation along the Maline Creek in St. Louis County, Missouri. WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has requested that this District vacate a portion of such building or floodway reservation for Maline Creek lying within its property, and has offered this District a satisfactory substitute access, and this District is agreeable to such vacation, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The following described portion of building or floodway reservation established by Ordinance No. 121 of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, adopted April 1, 1957, and recorded in Book 3755, page 110 of the St. Louis County Records, and lying in part of Lot 4 Owen Chambers Estate Subdivision, T46N, R7E, St. Louis County, Missouri upon receipt of substitute access easement, is hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at the intersection of the north line of aforesaid floodway reservation and the east line of Florissant Road (100 feet wide); thence southwardly along said east line of Florissant Road to its intersection with the north line of sewer easement granted by instrument dated March 1, 1957 and recorded in Book 3823, page 228 of the St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly and northeastwardly along said north line of sewer easement to its intersection with the north line of aforesaid floodway reservation; thence southwestwardly and westwardly along said north line of floodway reservation to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 21, 1963.
