AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 1380 O R D I N A N C E NO. 931
AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 204 (St. Joseph
and Boone) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the
District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 204 (St. Joseph and Boone).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 204 (St.
Joseph and Boone) shall be as follows:

Beginning at a point, said point being the northwest corner of
Statler Terrace Plat No. 2 Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book
86 on Page 50 of the St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly
along the north line of said Statler Terrace Plat No. 2
Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 86 on Page 50 of the St.
Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along the north line of
