AN ORDINANCE vacating portions of easements in the City of
St. Ann, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate such portions of easements, and this District
has no further need for such easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of sewer
easements are hereby vacated, to wit:
Those portions of sewer easements each five (5) feet wide
over the northeast five (5) feet of Lot 42 and the southwest five
(5) feet of Lot 43 of St. Ann Park Plat No. 2, a subdivision of
St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded
in Book 48, page 17 of the St. Louis County Records, excepting
therefrom the southeast ten (10) feet thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 7, 1963.
