AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of easement in the City of
St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate such portion of easement, and this District has
no further need for such easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
That portion of the sewer easement ten (10) feet wide granted
by instrument recorded in Book 2798 page 187 of the City of St.
Louis Records, which portion lies in Lot 1, Block 1 of Hampton
Terrace Subdivision, which is also Lot 1 of City Block 5891 of the
City of St. Louis, Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 7, 1963.
