AN ORDINANCE vacating certain easements in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate such easements, and the District has no need
for such easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easements are
hereby vacated, to wit:
Those sewer easements ten (10) feet wide and lying in Lots
84, 85, 86, 87, 88, 89 and 90 of Telegraph Park No. 10, a
subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Book 103, page 24 of the St. Louis County
Records, which easements are further described as being the
northeast ten (10) feet of Lots 84, 85, 86, 87, 88, 89 and the
northeast ten (10) feet of the northwest 90 feet of Lot 90, and
the easement over the southeast five (5) feet of Lot 85 and the
northwest five (5) feet of Lot 86 of aforesaid subdivision.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 5, 1963.
